I saw this on Kim's blog and I wanted a piece of her work so badly, I decided to play.
The first five people to respond to this post (via the comments section) will get some form of art made by me. It will be original, but it may not be immediate, as I will have to get busy next week to get some things made.
There is a catch, of course, the way this works is that if you sign up, you have to blog this as well and continue sharing.
Sign me up! I'll post it on my blog even though I'm not sure there are 5 people that read mine!
ReplyDeleteI also asked around about the prison quilts, and we're pretty sure it is Mary Boudreaux and she teaches at Angola. Her email is Mcboudreaux 2000 at msn dot com if you're interested in following up on it. And it was probably closer to TWO years ago we saw the presentation! Swiss cheese.

Thanks, Rhonda! I may try to get in touch with her next week. I'd really like to know more about an actual program and make a contribution.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I waited (giving others the opportunity to get on the list) but time's up - if it's not too late, I'd love a piece of your artwork.
ReplyDeleteKim, :) I really think exchanges are a great idea!
ReplyDeleteSo , if I sign up for yours & Debra's, does that mean I have to do 10 pieces?
ReplyDeleteIf I can just do 5, I'd like to exchange with both of you. I love the ATC you made. Postquards are a fun size to do, & I'm in the mood!
Deb, I made another entry following this one and have 6 people to make art for and some are simply exchanges, so I'd love to exchange a postcard with you. It won't be for a while though - at least 2 weeks. :)
