I found this via
Time Goes By, and liked it so much that I wanted to share it with you:
The Older People's Play Area- this playground "has equipment to strengthen hips, tone legs and train the upper body" - cool, huh?

Amelia and Chris picked Bryce up a little before 4:00 this afternoon. She was no trouble at all...as usual. Now I'm reading...have moved between 3 books in the last couple of hours.
Oh, I need this playground! So much better than the Nordic Trac, or Curves!
ReplyDeleteWould that not be a hoot! A playground for adults...adults and grandchildren perhaps would be even more fun!
ReplyDeleteKay - This picture looks like it would work in the same way as the Nordic Trac, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteKaroday - Like an outside gym! It would be great in the spring, wouldn't it? I'd love to feel like I was exercising, having fun, and enjoying the great outdoors.
