Plunked some cheesecloth in a rosemary dye bath and added it to this piece. All it did was add enough color to make it blend a l a little better. I've been working on making this a small art quilt for AAQI...and have some definite ideas for it. Making progress.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhGMq-7gyob_NhKi4f89U22UI2uYqSFKveiqRLvEpH2PLNDVTPyzhJWJR_9ADnQRUCqiLZPSPYtZQ1B_0tGMJ5LVADWcGCOY2Y6pvMLtTjoNnYJ7P83u-Wc7kiZIGmescshBstmw/s640/DSC_1193.JPG)
Planning another small linen block and auditioned some blues.
Morning in the studio with my favorite Ho Tai Buddha.
I've got an appointment with my eye doctor for 10:30. I've had some difficulties with my right eye for the last few days and want to find out why the these disturbing, filmy floaters have appeared. Gotta' get ready.
Have a great day!
Love the fabric you dyed! Good luck at the eye dr. today!
ReplyDeleteYour Buddah looks like mine! Hope your day went well.
ReplyDeleteSherri - Thanks, you!
ReplyDeleteNancy - My husband loves Buddahs, and I keep two in the studio to focus on when needed. :)
Hope everything's okay with your eye.
ReplyDeleteWishing you the best re the eye appt. Reminds me I need to have my eyes checked too.
ReplyDeleteNice projects underway there!
Suz - Thanks. Not as good as I hoped, not as bad as I feared.
ReplyDeleteConnie - Yes, by all means have your eyes checked. Catch any problems early and keep your vision clear!
