All my little herbal eye pillows are tucked into my backpack. Some will go to Monday's yoga class and some to Wednesday's. There are two of all but one of these fabrics. The covers are little pillow slips so they can be removed and washed if necessary.I made 3 more covers this afternoon that are less flowery for the men.
It warmed up again today (from 34 this morning to 67 this afternoon) and I did a little gardening. Planted basil, parsley, and dill. It has really been a lovely Sunday. Hope your weekend has been pleasant!
My daughter bought me one of these...and I love it...great idea!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a generous thing you're doing. The bags are lovely and will be much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. The yogis and yoginis will really appreciate these fine gifts.
ReplyDeleteArt4Sol - They really do increase the feeling of relaxation, don't they? I love the coolness when I take mine from the freezer.
ReplyDeleteKay - I loved doing it! The scent of lavender & mint is everywhere and is both calming and refreshing.
rian - :) They were well received! I took them last night and was surprised at how appreciative everyone was!
no doubt they were appreciative! the raw strips of fabric were appealing but all those finished pillows are downright irresistable.
ReplyDeleteJen I love these little pillows and the beautiful fabric. Does lavender grow in your area?
ReplyDeleteMarjorie
all those blooms. that's it. i am out to the garden.
ReplyDeleteACey - They smell so good!
ReplyDeleteMarjorie - Lavender does grow here, and I usually have plants, but I lost a set of plants to Hurricane Rita a couple of years ago and to Ike this last year. They don't like too much rain! More plants to come soon, though.
jude - Have fun!
these are fabulous!! what a lovely gift!
ReplyDeleteLeah - Thanks! They were fun to make!
