She wasn't thrilled with it, but no problem, because I cleaned her plate as well as mine after fixing her a little chicken and carrot dinner in the microwave. These are great because they take only 30 seconds, and B.E. loves them.
Edgar looks a little forsaken. B.E. didn't give him nearly the attention he usually gets.
I have some new yoga books that arrived yesterday, a couple of ARCs, my library books, and a stack of children's books surrounding my reading chair.
I'm currently reading Citizens of London: The Americans Who Stood with Britain in Its Darkest, Finest Hour and Walking to Gatlinburg.
Everything on your page looks very inviting--the boudin, the books, even the kitty--I think I could even give a smooch to Edgar, who looks downright miffed. I'm very allergic to cats, so that's saying something.

what do you think of Yoga for Anxiety? I have been considering it but am (wait for it ...) anxious that I will disappointed somehow.
ReplyDeleteACey, I've just skimmed over the book and don't when I'll get around to reading it. I've started with the Mark Stephens book which is a big, ole' thick'un.

On the other hand, when I finish any yoga practice based on breath, my anxiety is relieved!
