Flowers, witches, and more books...

Fee brought me flowers the other day, and they are still gorgeous!

Don't you love this tea towel? When I saw it, I couldn't resist and each time it catches my eye, I smile!
More on the pillow...
Here are the books Danielle of Sourcebooks sent me:

My Lady of Cleves by Margaret Campbell Barnes
Mansfield Park Revisited by Joan Aiken
The Ladies of Longbourn (The Pemberly Chronicles - another one based on Jane Austen's characters.

Thanks, Danielle! I will review them on A Garden Carried in the Pocket soon.

  1. What a wonderful little tea towel - it reminds me of a kitchen witch that my grandmother made!

  2. oh, i love the tea towel, too. and i can't wait to see more of the pillow! :)

  3. What an awesome pillow. Love black, white and graphic element - can't go wrong with that combination. The tea towel - it would make me giggle too. Precious! Wonderful little blog you have here. I'll be back

  4. Kim - This witch is so whimsical and charming that I just fell in love with her, but October brings all kinds of witches to mind--and other fun creatures.

cathy - Isn't it a sweet tea towel? Such a fun little embroidery! Pillow is all finished, and I'm so pleased with it.

Clevelandgirlie - Thanks for visiting and leaving such nice comments! I'm planning more variations of the strange bird--it was such fun to make.

Good to hear from you!
