B.E. at Work

School carnival was Friday morning,
then B.E. came for a visit.

First thing she did was shed her blue jeans.
Then she demanded to go upstairs.

She drew more horses.
Colored her camel.
After a walk to gather leaves,
She made a leaf horse.
Then drew a Halloween village.
We played all day.
Made up songs.
Danced.
Watched Happy Feet Two.

I was grateful that she crashed early
so I could catch my breath.

We have stuff to do today, too.
Pretty much more of the same.
Mostly requests to go upstairs
and make things.

Amelia worked yesterday with
Robin and Megan
getting ready for Katie's engagement party.

They are busy again today.
Getting the camp ready for tonight's fete.
My job (he, he, he)
is to play with Bryce Eleanor.

It is a tough job,
but somebody's got to do it.
:)

Erin and Brandon should be in some time today!

  1. Oh my gosh, she is such an artist! I love the purity of kids' art. That leaf horse is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing it all with us, but thank you even more for encouraging and allowing a young artist the space and opportunuty to create!
