Tuesday's Visit

Bryce Eleanor kept me busy and laughing yesterday afternoon and last night.  She talks all the time!  We played in the back garden and took a short walk.

She occupies herself for a while, playing with the dolls in the "treasure chest," playing with the blocks, then she wants company, a companion to share her play.  As observer and participant, I'm busy and involved.
Our little Maytag repairman.
Apple, half-eaten, in hand.
I'd put on an apron as I made black bean enchiladas to keep my clothes clean, and she wanted one, too.  I had to get this one for her to wear.  I was lucky enough to win the above apron from Running With Scissors a couple of years ago.  Really pretty, huh?
Early this morning, she commandeers the cat tower.
Off to school.
------------
I've been working on a couple more pillows, finished the ottoman cover, and covered an old foot stool.  Will post those pics later, but I'm out of things to cover and still have some fabric left.

What next?

It is going to be another beautiful day.

The Sun Never Says

Even
After
All this time
The sun never says to the earth,

"You owe
Me."

Look
What happens
With a love like that,
It lightens the
Whole
Sky.

  2. Debby -- I had to eliminate most of the May Tag choices because of over exposure! She has no hips to keep those jeans where they belong. :)
