Slow Cloth

I've been working on this for a while...really slow, but the perfect activity for watching my Netflix movies every once in a while.

I made the skirt for a doll, but didn't use it, now I'm just filling in with stitching. Think it should get a good coffee soaking when finished to tone down the bright white and give it a more comfortable, aged look.

:0  Finally gave in and ordered me a Kindle.  We will be traveling to St. John's for little Kris' wedding and hauling books is such a chore.  Since I don't leave home without something to read, however, and since I read pretty fast, the Kindle should be a real asset.

If you have an ebook reader, how do you feel about it?  Guess I should have asked some questions before ordering, but although I've been thinking about it for a while, actually ordering was an impulse this morning.

All right, now to get to all those chores that need to be done...
