Laddie died Wednesday.  His death was a release from the disease of Alzheimer's and the progressive physical problems that accompanied it. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and we were lucky to have had him and Mother as our parents.

  13. I'm sorry to hear this news, Jenclair. Somehow I didn't see this post when you first posted it, so my condolences are late but sincere. I'm so glad you had a visit with family though--the good that can come out of a sad event.

  16. Oh I am sorry to read of your loss. How sad. Blessings to you and your family, and yes, Bernard is a delight... albeit a chewy one!! he walks around with my trouser leg in his mouth... and my it's hard to remove him!
