Yesterday was "get it done" day.  Well, both Monday and Tuesday, I buckled down and did some of the many things I'd been putting off.  The problem with procrastination is that the stress builds as the "to do" list expands.  Knowing this, I still manage to get myself in the same fix pretty often.

Today, however, I feel much better having cleared so many things from that dreaded list!

Also finished this Halloween pumpkin poppet, but that was just fun!
I love Halloween.  Partly because of residual childhood attachment and partly because we are beginning to see cooler weather by late October.  Usually.

Right now it is 89 degrees.  Pretty warm for early May.

  1. I just love this, the expression is so mysterious, and the color is deep. Will look great put out for Halloween.

  5. You're so sweet, Michelle! Thanks for the nice comments! Ah, the Triad--they are a joy and a tribulation. Despite constant grooming, I wear cat hair most of the time!
