Bryce Eleanor Visits

Bryce Eleanor spent the night with us last night. We took a nice walk around the neighborhood with lots of comments about flowers, a few moments waving to a huge white poodle in a living room window (the owner had the poodle waving back to Bryce Eleanor), fascination with looking for watuh because one of the houses had a fountain in the front, and delight in the wind that kept her hair and sundress in constant motion.

Fee came home right after her bath to a loving reception.

Oh, Bryce Eleanor is a delight and an entertaining charmer!

  5. Karoda - Oh, I hadn't thought of it that way, but I started blogging in January, 2005, long before this grandchild was a gleam in her parents' eyes! They do grow so fast!

Gerrie - It is a great age! The talking makes a huge difference; being able to communicate is such fun.

  6. what Karoda said. Also that black cat poppet is KILLING me!! I wish there was a closet-up of that one, specifically. Sometimes 'whimsical' goes over the top but you have the just-right touch with it. Makes me itch to have more free time to play creatively. Soon enough, I guess ...

  7. ACey - I'm working on black cat off and on; he's getting close to being finished. He has some joie de vivre that I didn't expect!

  9. Rian - Constant motion is right! All the cats except Edgar stay clear of her...and she hunts them persistently!

  12. Your dollmaking is really moving leaps and bounds ahead each time you work on them. But, of course, the biggest doll is Bryce Eleanor!
