The Aftermath

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Ours was full of family and food. We went down to Raft Bayou and stayed for the weekend. Everyone gathered on Wednesday and Thursday for more food than we needed, but that was too delicious to resist.

All was good until Saturday night, when I suddenly began feeling bad and running fever. Came home Sunday and slept all day. Better yesterday, much better today and am trying to catch up on emails, etc.

A neat little video with a big message.

  1. hope you are having a quick recovery. Some sort of viral thing ran through this household but it seems to be mercifully swift moving.

  2. Hope you are on the mend.
I liked the video and like so many I want to do more but I struggle with what that should be. I guess it starts be just being more aware.

  3. Glad to hear you are feeling better. We've had a virus going around in this house, too...not fun...The video is AWESOME! I know first-hand how knitting unravels (heh) and don't want that for oiur planet...so I'm doing as much as I can and sharing the word...Thanks for putting it on your blog =-)

  5. Acey - Much better, thanks. It seems that around here there are 3 or 4 different versions of viruses making the rounds!

Kim- On the mend, but still procrastinating! I do think the frequent and creative reminders keep me aware when I tend to become less conscious of our impact on the earth.

Debby - I loved the aspect of the knitting unraveling; such a catchy way of getting our attention!

jude - I'm much better, thanks, and hope your are recovering, too!
