Bent Needle and More

Have you seen the latest edition of The Bent Needle? Take your time and enjoy yourself! I love scrap quilts...everything from Nellie's "Ort Work" to traditional scrap quilts, and they are all included here.

Can you say, DEATH WISH? There is some truth to Darwin's premise of survival of the fittest or, perhaps, extinction of the most foolish.

And another example of cool sidewalk art!

I've seen other examples of this sidewalk chalkwork, including some perspective shots that allow you to see how he does it. Amazzzzzzing.

  6. Sassenach - Really great issue this month...and I always enjoy it!

I've posted some of the sidewalk art before because it IS amazing. I'd love to have some locally!

jude - Wouldn't it be funny to have a 3 D effect on a bed? :) Nellie's "ort work" always make me smile, and partly from the phrase.

Rian - There are quite a few artists doing the sidewalk art now, but I never cease to be amazed at how realistic it looks!
